Letting out residential premises on Leave & license by Members –
As per Law it is obligatory for the Member to obtain prior permission from the Managing committee before letting out their premises on Leave & License basis, either to families or paying guests. The Managing Committee has introduced an Application form which needs to be submitted along with a fee of Rs.500/- and following documents
- Copy of the Agreement signed between member and the incoming tenant/s,
- Copy of the Police Verification of the incoming sub tenant/s,
- List of persons who will be staying in the premises with their Names. Permanent Addresses, Copy of Adhaar Card or PAN Card (Address proof), telephone number and ensure that ONLY these persons will stay in the place.
- Details of the broker, if any
This is a police requirement and it is essential for the MC to keep these records in the Society office, to maintain safety and security of the Society.
No tenant will be allowed to occupy the premises until the above is complied with. Violation of this condition will be taken as Trespass.
The following conditions have to be conveyed to the tenants & incorporated in the Agreement:
- They will maintain acceptable levels of hygiene in and around the premises and dispose of refuse or rubbish in proper receptacles.
- They will not install Air Conditioners split or window, aerials, Dish Antennas, CCTVs without prior permission from the Society
- They will not make structural changes / renovations/ alterations in the premises
- They will inform the Society if they are going to have visitors staying overnight.
- There is no parking available for Tenants. However, if there are slots available the Committee may, on its discretion, allot the space on payment of Parking charges
- They will not keep pets
- They will not disturb the peace in the neighbourhood in any way
- They will not use the place for commercial activities.
- They will follow all rules and regulations enforced by the Management of the Society from time to time.
Non Occupancy charges will be levied monthly and continue till the period that the Society is informed in writing, that the Sub tenant has vacated the premises.
